Filed under Press Releases, Truck Series

Mooresville, N.C. (04-30-2009): Germain Racing is proud to announce Copart as the primary sponsor of the No. 30 Copart Tundra driven by Todd Bodine for six NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races. In addition to sponsoring the championship Tundra team, Copart will be an associate sponsor on the No. 13 GEICO Camry driven by Max Papis in the Sprint Cup Series and the No. 15 Pilot Travel Centers/Hype Energy Drink Camry driven by Michael Annett in NASCAR’s second-tier series. Germain Racing is affiliated with Germain Motor Company, a top-25 automotive dealer according to Automotive News.

“Copart is an exciting company and we are glad to have them sponsor Germain Racing. We’re looking forward to developing the relationship with Copart both at the race track and at our dealerships. Copart wants to get the message out that people can find a variety of cars at Copart.com and the No. 30 Copart Tundra will help deliver that message to the NASCAR fans,” said team owner Bob Germain.

Vehicle buyers from all over the world have flocked to Copart.com over the years because of Copart’s extensive inventory. Buyers can choose from classics, early and late model cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles, jet skis and recreational vehicles. Copart sells more than 1 million cars each year and has been named to Forbes Top 200 Small Companies list nine years in a row.

“We believe our sponsorship of Germain Racing’s No. 30 Tundra is just another way for us to show NASCAR fans and car enthusiasts what professional buyers have known for years – that Copart is the best place to find cars,” said Copart President Jay Adair. “We are proud to sponsor this great team with its solid reputation for winning. Just like Copart leads the pack for making it easy for people to find great cars, Germain Racing and the No. 30 Tundra driven by Todd Bodine lead the pack in the racing world.”

“We are very proud to have Copart sponsor our team. I personally met with Jay Adair and I really think Germain Racing is a great fit for Copart,” said Bodine. “Copart has established itself as a leading online remarketer of vehicles and the No. 30 Tundra is the leader of the Tundra teams. I’m looking forward to racing the No. 30 Copart Tundra at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in May.”

Copart should be very familiar to NASCAR fans by the end of the 2009 season.

The Copart Tundra will race first at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Charlotte on Friday night, May 15, 2009. Look for the Copart No. 30 Tundra at these races as well: May 29, Dover International Speedway; June 5, Texas Motor Speedway; June 13, Michigan International Speedway; June 27, Memphis Motorsports Park and July 18, Kentucky Speedway.
