2009 Kansas Lottery 300 NNS Race Results

Joey Logano (who saw 7 flips last weekend in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race) won his fourth NASCAR Nationwide Series race of the season early Saturday evening, with a victory in the Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway.

This was Logano’s fifth series career win, and his first series win at Kansas.

Logano was able to pass his Joe Gibbs Racing teammate, Kyle Busch, on the outside with two laps remaining, and held off Busch by 0.574 seconds for the victory. They were followed to the drop of the checkered flag by Brad Keselowski finishing third, Kevin Harvick fourth, Greg Biffle fifth, Raybestos Rookie contender Justin Allgaier sixth, Carl Edwards seventh, Scott Speed eighth, Clint Bowyer ninth and Reed Sorenson rounding out the top-10 finishers.
