that a Car of Tomorrow was being developed for the Nationwide Series and it would run a part-time schedule in 2010 before being adopted as the Nationwide Series car full-time in 2011.

On Friday NASCAR released the 2010 schedule for the Nationwide COT. The car will compete in four races next season, the first one being at Daytona International Speedway on July 2.

After the Daytona event, the COT will run at Michigan International Speedway on Aug. 14, Sept. 10 at Richmond International Raceway, and the race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway on Oct 15.
