DENVER, NC (April 2, 2009) – Stringer Motorsports announced today that Dave Dayton’s Thanksgiving Weekend Racers Auction and Trade Show will be the major sponsor on the teams #90 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Returning ARCA RE/MAX star Brent Sherman will be behind the wheel as the team competes at this weekends running of the Kentuckiana Ford Dealers 200 presented by Federated Car Care race at the Salem Speedway in Salem IN. Great Clips Racing Team driver Gabi DiCarlo will return to the driver’s seat for the ARCA RE/MAX Carolina 200 at Rockingham Speedway.

Billed as the United States largest racers auction and trade show this season will celebrate the 34th year of the renowned event. Racers from coast to coast, Australia and Canada gather every Thanksgiving weekend in Indianapolis to buy and sell new and used race cars, parts and haulers. The auction also coincides with one of the countries premier racing trade shows which offers three days of seeing, tire kicking and buying of the latest racing products available. The trade show vendors and others will be leading free race related seminars on Friday and Saturday.

The dates for this year’s extravaganza will be November 24th thru the 28th and will be held in the beautiful confines of the Indiana Convention Center. Bring your family and stay right across the street at the Hyatt Regency for a special show rate of only $88 a night. The kids Christmas list can be completed at the Circle Center Mall connected by an overhead enclosed walkway to both the Convention Center and the Hyatt.
