SPEED™ to Partner With Jeff Gordon Foundation In Support Of Organization’s 10-Years of Service
Press Release
“There are a lot of good people in the NASCAR community doing great things for countless charities,” said SPEED President Hunter Nickell. “Having the opportunity to support Jeff and his foundation on this milestone effort is a great way for SPEED to be a meaningful part of that community.”
As part of its weekly NASCAR programming, SPEED will be highlighting the Foundation at work and how this charity has grown into an organization that provides over $1 million in funding each year for programs and hospitals that care for our country’s most vulnerable children.
“It takes great partnerships to be successful and we are excited to be working with SPEED to promote the TEN Match Campaign,” said Gordon. “The more people we can reach, the more successful the campaign will be and, ultimately, the more kids we can help.”
The TEN Match Campaign does not rely on soliciting large contributions from corporations or organizations, instead reaching out to individuals to engage them in the mission for a modest contribution of $10. The Jeff Gordon Foundation will be accepting contributions to the TEN Match Campaign throughout 2009.
