Jeff Gordon to Promote Healthy Living

Nicorette’s® involvement with Gordon is extending beyond the race track to other important areas of his life including The Jeff Gordon Foundation, which has always had a tie with the health of children. Nicorette® will be the primary sponsor for the “Ultimate Speed” go-kart event on May 20, 2009. Money raised during that event will be used to help build the Pediatric Pulmonary Lab at the Jeff Gordon Children’s Hospital in Concord. Nicorette® will also be a presenting sponsor at the “Gordon Celebrity Bowl” bowling tournament in Indianapolis, Ind. on July 23, 2009 benefitting Riley Hospital for Children.

Nicorette® and Jeff Gordon have created an opportunity for race fans to become healthier while participating in the Nicorette Driver’s Seat Sweepstakes. Smokers who use Nicorette to stop smoking can enter a sweepstakes which includes a chance to win a full-size show car simulator in addition to other great motorsports themed prizes. The sweepstakes is scheduled to begin May 18, 2009.

I think this is an awesome foundation! An aunt of mine recently quit smoking and she says she owes a lot of that to Nicorette gum. She was very determined to be healthier and quit her habit, combining her will with Nicorette, she was able to quit smoking completely!
