Tim George Jr. participating in Fourth of July weekend charity auction
Press Release“Event to benefit children from broken homes”
Tim George Jr. Racing, LLC. has lent its name, in addition to associate sponsor Chrome Hearts, a Los Angeles based clothing and sunglasses company, and the Karma Foundation, to a charity auction benefiting the Buddy Program.
Chrome Hearts has donated a pair of sunglasses while the Karma Foundation has pitched in two tickets to a Halloween party to be hosted by the Karma Foundation at the Playboy Mansion. Both items will be auctioned off on behalf of Tim George Jr. Racing, LLC.
The auction, “Boogies Bash for the Buddies,” will be held on Friday, July 3rd on a 40-acre ranch owned by Boogies Diner owner, CEO of the Buddy Program, Lenny Wineglass, in the Aspen Valley in Colorado.
All proceeds of the auction will go to the Buddy Program. In its 10th year, the Buddy Program is a non-profit organization that “pairs positive adult role models with children that come from broken homes. These relationships last for many years and the “big buddy” serves as a friend and mentor for the child well into their adult life.”
“With the help of generous supporters like Tim George Jr, we have some of the most exciting auction items in our events. I can’t thank Tim enough for all his help in getting tickets for the Halloween Karma Foundation event as well as a pair of the always fashionable Chrome Hearts sunglasses,” said James Marcus, Junior Board Member of the Buddy Program.
