“Brett Butler Ready to Take on Motor Mile Speedway”

ATLANTA, GA (JULY 15, 2009) After three weeks off in the USAR Pro Cup Series, Brett Butler returns to the No. 1 LoanMax Chevrolet this weekend at Motor Mile Speedway in Radford, Virginia for the seventh scheduled race of the 2009 season.

Although the USAR Pro Series has been off, Brett has been busy at work racing in the ARCA RE/MAX Series last weekend at Iowa Speedway. He had a strong run in the No. 1 LoanMax car for the ARCA race qualifying 17th and finishing 15th.

Butler is looking forward to having an even better finish this weekend at the Motor Mile Speedway after finishing fourth at Lanier National Speedway three weeks ago.

“Our team is working really well together right now,” said Butler. “I really look forward to racing with this team each week. The LoanMax team is definitely capable of running in the top five every race. We certainly hope to be up there this weekend at Motor Mile.”

The 0.416 asphalt speedway is a fan friendly racetrack with over 10,000 seats and VIP suites. The USAR Pro Cup Heritage Truck Centers 250 presented by Collision Plus Paint & Body/94.9 Star Country will have a crowd that is in for some exciting racing this weekend.

Brett Butler is currently tied with Ronnie Souders for 12th place in the USAR Pro Cup championship points at 246 points behind leader Clay Rogers and only 13 points behind 11th place.

“After racing in the No. 1 LoanMax car last weekend for the ARCA race, I’m ready to take advantage of it in the Pro Cup series in Radford this Saturday,” said Butler. “We really just need to get some more top ten finishes in order to start moving up in the championship points. We definitely have the team and the equipment to do so each race.”

All 2009 USARacing Pro Cup races are scheduled to replay each Sunday at 11:00 AM EST on FSN. This Sunday, the Hampton VA 250 at Langley Speedway from May 23, 2009 will be airing on FSN.
