BACARDI Bristro to Debut at Pocono Raceway

The BACARDI Bistro will feature limited mixed adult beverages, Yuengling beer, TV’s, indoor seating in an up scale chalet and an outdoor umbrella covered patio. Access to the Chalet will be restricted to fans 21 and older. Operating hours will be 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1. On Sunday, Aug. 2, the Bacardi Bistro will open 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Locate adjacent to the Tunnel Road, the BACARDI Bistro will be readily accessible to all infield race fans.
“We are excited to join with Pocono Raceway in providing infield fans with this upscale hospitality option,” said Kevin Glah, market manager, Bacardi U.S.A. Inc. “The BACARDI Bistro will also complement the Yabutz.com Blue Grass Concerts to be staged near by in Pocono’s infield on Friday and Saturday evenings.”
The Yabutz.com Blue Grass Concerts will showcase top blue grass artists including Ricky Skaggs, Steep Canyon Rangers, Charlie Sizemore Band, Dailey & Vincent, Del McCoury Band, Cherryholmes, Blue Highway and SteelDrivers. The concerts, being presented by Yabutz.com, are free to infield campers attending the race. Additionally grandstand fans can also attend the concerts and visit the BACARDI Bistro by purchasing a one day infield ticket for $25 or a 2 day infield ticket for $40 in addition to their grandstand tickets. These one day infield tickets will allow fans to drive their vehicles into the infield for the day, exiting at the conclusion of the concerts. For more information visit http://yabutz.com/bluegrass.
Action for the Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500 Weekend of Speed begins on Friday, July 31st at 10:15 AM with practice for the ARCA RE/MAX Series followed by NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice at Noon. Weis Markets qualifying for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series follows at 3:40 PM. Then on Saturday, August 1st action includes practice for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series beginning at 10:00 AM followed by the ARCA RE/MAX Series Pennsylvania 200 race at 1:00 PM. The Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500 is scheduled to get the green flag on Sunday, August 2nd at 2:00PM.
