RICHMOND, Indiana (December 3, 2009) – - Sheltra Motorsports is mourning the loss of Kenneth “Kenny” Saul, the father of Sheltra Motorsports dirt program manager Mark Saul who died of Natural Causes this morning at his daughter’s home in Richmond, Indiana.

Kenny Saul, 77 was a huge supporter of driver Patrick Sheltra as he made his way through the dirt late model ranks before quickly accelerating into a successful asphalt career in the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with Mark and his family,” said driver Patrick Sheltra. “Kenny was one heck of a guy. He didn’t cut you any slack but he was always very supportive. I will never forget that and I will miss him greatly.”

“Words cannot describe how saddened we are about the loss of Kenny,” said car owner Grace Sheltra. “We will forever be appreciative of his kindness, support and dedication to Patrick’s driving career. Our sincerest condolences go out to Mark and his family through this most difficult time.”
