After flying nearly 2,000 miles to run the NorthernTool.com 250 Nationwide Series race at the Milwaukee Mile, Carl Edwards drove from a starting position in the back of the field to the front to claim his first win in any NASCAR series race in 2009.

Despite taking so long to get to victory lane in the Nationwide Series this season, his no. 60 team isn’t concerned. After all, it was at Milwaukee that Edwards got his first Nationwide win last season. After the Milwaukee victory last season, Edwards went on a tear on his way to the 2008 Nationwide Series title.
