NASCAR Nationwide Series Getting Closer To Double-File Restarts

NASCAR’s policy was to have lead-lap cars in one lane for a restart and lapped cars in the other. Now the leader of the race has the option to start at the front of the inside or outside line, and the other drivers on the lead lap follow in order.
