Sean Caisse Quotes:

New Hampshire is your home state and, in your second start with RCR, what are your goals as your head to your home track

“I think I’m the only New Hampshire driver in the field, so we’ll have the fans on our side for sure. I’ve tested trucks there, ran a modified car there a few times and have several East Series races under my belt. It gives me confidence heading back home to a track that I’m familiar with and have had some success. Hopefully, we can have a solid run and, if the car is handling right, a top-10 finish would be great.”

You have had success at New Hampshire in other racing series. What are the keys to running well there and how can your prior experience transfer over to the No. 2 RCR Chevrolet this weekend?

“The biggest thing I remember is how Turns 2 and 4 tighten up as the race goes on, so keeping the balance of the car free will definitely help me on the long runs. I’ve blown tires while leading because of how much the car wears out the right front. An advantage for me will be that the East Series cars have similar horsepower under the hood to the Nationwide cars. The relationships I’ve built with the No. 2 tea have grown and that helps my confidence even more knowing a great organization like RCR is backing you.”

Dan Deeringhoff (crew chief) Quote:

This will be Sean Caisse’s second race for Richard Childress Racing. What are your expectations heading into this weekend’s race at New Hampshire?

“This is Sean’s home track and we’re hoping for a solid run this weekend. He’s a talented young driver and he was able to get a lot of speed out of the No. 2 Chevrolet the first time around. The biggest challenge will be helping him adapt to the Nationwide Series car at Loudon but I’m confident he’ll do fine in that respect. He has experience racing at New Hampshire which always helps, and he’s found success there. We’re hoping that success will carry over to our efforts on Saturday.”
