Bowyer gets first plate win

The Subway Jalapeno 250 Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway went into overtime, but it wasn’t quite the typical green/white/checker finish. It was more like a green/white/yellow/checker finish, as the late laps of the race were caution filled.
“People got their money’s worth tonight,” race winner Clint Bowyer said in victory lane. “It was a great race.
That was perhaps at least partly due to double-file restarts throughout the race, a first for the Nationwide Series.
Bowyer took the checkered flag under caution to collect his first restrictor plate win in any of NASCAR’s touring series after leading 48 laps of the 100-lap race. - Full Story by Amanda Vincent – Louisville NASCAR Examiner
