· Leffler Sitting Fourth in the Standings and Gaining Ground

After his fourth place finish last weekend at Chicagoland Speedway, Leffler gained 51 points on Brad Keselowski, who holds the third spot in the standings. He is currently 70 points away from taking over third.

· Leffler’s Performance Highlights at Gateway

In six NASCAR Nationwide Series starts at Gateway International Raceway, Leffler has two top-five finishes and has finished outside of the top-20 only once. Leffler has posted fourth-place finishes in his last two starts at the 1.25-mile oval and last year led for nine laps.

· Two Runner Up Finishes in Camping World Truck Series Races at Gateway

Leffler has two runner-up finishes to his credit in two career NCWTS starts at Gateway (2002-2003.)

· In The Loop…

Leffler has consistently improved with each start at Gateway International Raceway over the last six years. According to NASCAR’s Loop Data Stats, Leffler will be a strong force this weekend as he sits in the top-10 in a number of categories including Fastest Laps Run, Fastest on Restarts, Green Flag Passes, Laps in Top-15, Laps Led and Speed in Traffic.

LEFFLER ON GATEWAY INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY:

“Gateway is a pretty challenging track from a handling standpoint. You have two very different corners so you really have to work to find the right balance. It’s not going to be perfect on both ends of the track so you have to give and take a little bit. One of the biggest keys is getting a good run off of turns one and two so you have a lot of momentum down the backstretch.

That’s what we’ll be working on throughout both Friday evening practice sessions. We had a great run there last year so if we can go back and build upon what we learned from that race we should be in good shape and have a shot at getting the Great Clips Camry back to victory lane.”
