Danny O’Quinn Jr. Kertus Davis, and Mike Wallace all of J-D Motorsports head for St. Louis with characteristic optimism. All are keenly aware that team resources are thin but hard work and determination can overcome a lot. “ NuTone HVAC, Daytona sponsor, has their headquarters near St. Louis,” said Kertus Davis. “Maybe I can cool-off a little there or maybe I’ll paint some flames on the #04”.
O’Quinn, Wallace, and Davis all are looking hard for additional sponsor support. Johnny and Lori Davis, team owners, were grateful for the media attention at Daytona and Chicago. They too know that doing this the old fashioned way is tough, but it is very rewarding.
