Forest City, NC- Means Motorsports, LLC has announced that Harrington Raceway and Casino will be the sponsor of veteran driver Brad Teague in the September 26th, Dover 200 at Dover International Speedway. Means Motorsports, LLC owner Jimmy Means states: “Having Harrington Raceway and Casino come on as a Primary sponsor is such a fantastic partnership. Brad Teague is a veteran of the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.

Harrington Raceway’s 62nd year of harness racing action began on April 20th. The lightning-quick half-mile oval was reconstructed prior to the 2003 spring meet by veteran trackmasters Dan and Greg Coon. The renovations have resulted in wider turns, and ultimately a safer, faster racetrack. Some of the sport’s top drivers and horses can be seen nightly during our racing season, which runs Sunday thru Thursday, with a 5:30 p.m. post time.

Gaming legislation in Delaware in 1996 allowed the state’s three racetracks to have video lottery machines. Presently, the Midway Slots and Simulcast at Harrington Raceway operates 1650 full service machines, however currently the casino is undergoing a major $40 million expansion, that will include a new building that will increase the total number of machines to more than 2,100.
