Miss Phoenix, Ursulline Okonkwo, will serve as the Honorary Crew Chief for
Jason Keller and the Kleenex® Racing team during Saturday’s Able Body Labor
200 at Phoenix International Raceway. Okonkwo is a resident of Chandler,
AZ and is currently pursuing a college degree in Global Leadership
emphasizing in Financial Management at Arizona State University.

During her reign as Miss Phoenix, Ursulline anticipates to continuously promote
her platform, “The Journey toward Empowering Women: Mentorship for
Success.” It is her quest to form 100 everlasting relationships and bonds
amongst young girls and women during her year of involvement and service.
