San Bernardino, CA. (Nov 2, 2009) — Toni Marie McCray is set to embark on an extraordinary schedule — going where not many regional NASCAR driver’s go. She will compete in two races on one night — all at the ominous high-banked, 3/8th-mile oval of Las Vegas Bullring.

McCray will drive in Saturday night’s double-header — the 150-lap NASCAR Whelen Late Model race followed by the 200-lap NASCAR Super Late Model Series race. A demanding schedule for a very talented young lady who has proven she has what it takes to win in both divisions this year.

It’s a total of 350 laps at the grueling motorsports bullring.

McCray will drive the Team Too Termite & Pest Control Late Model Chevrolet for owner Clay Wooster, and the Juice Air Fresheners Super Late Model Chevrolet for her father Rick McCray team owner of McCray Motorsports.

The competitive McCray wants to win both poles and races in the Open Comp double.

Entering the Open Comp, McCray has three main event wins, four trophy dash wins, and two track records in the Late Model and one win in the Super Late Model at Orange Show Speedway in 2009.

McCray and her father Rick will be making a trip back to North Carolina following Saturday night’s races for Toni to test a Nationwide car to prepare for her trip to South Africa in January 2010. The ASA “Two Continents – One Champion” is an invitation only event taking place at Phakisa Freeway Circuit outside Johannesburg, South Africa is a mile and a half track similar to Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

She will be a tough competitor in the “Championship Between the Continents – South Africa versus USA Motorsports” as she won the Super Late Model 50-lap feature and then a 100-lap feature a week later in October at Orange Show Speedway.

I have done this at Orange Show twice this year, and that can be difficult. So, I know it is not going to be easy. The Bullring is a very physically demanding track.
