- Mutoh captured the 2008 Bombardier Learjet Rookie of the Year award by finishing 10th in the IndyCar Series championship.

Hideki Mutoh on the Honda Indy Toronto:

“It will be my first time racing in Toronto. I am very excited to get on the track since I have heard it’s a great street course. I didn’t finish the race last weekend in Watkins Glen so I hope we have a better weekend result.”
