Daytona International Speedway Launches Redesigned Web site
Press ReleaseDAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Jan. 28, 2009) – Just in time for the kick off of DIRECTV Speedweeks 2009 and the 51st annual Daytona 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Daytona International Speedway earlier this month launched its new redesigned Web site – www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com
“This new site took months of planning and hard work by both the staff of Daytona International Speedway and International Speedway Corporation,” Daytona International Speedway President Robin Braig said. “We’re excited about the launch of the new Web site and hope that race fans around the world take advantage of the new features and exclusive content that come with the site.”
Daytona International Speedway’s redesigned Web site includes a large number of new and advanced features that allows race fans to immerse themselves in the race day experience at “The World Center of Racing” before they step onto the grounds.
The Web site also features simplified and improved navigation tools allowing race fans to find what they are looking for quickly as well as numerous photo and video galleries and news feeds.
Daytona International Speedway’s new Web site is part of a track-wide initiative by International Speedway Corporation as all ISC tracks are in the process of redesigning their Web sites with a new look and cutting edge technology.
