DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Feb. 23, 2009) – Race fans will have the opportunity to add a unique keepsake from the 51st annual Daytona 500 to their collection as well as donate to a great cause.

Matt Kenseth, the winner of the 51st annual Daytona 500, will autograph 150 street pole banners that were displayed along International Speedway Blvd., welcoming race fans to Daytona Beach for “The Great American Race” as well as the other events during DIRECTV Speedweeks 2009.

The banners, made out of either mesh or vinyl material and double-sided, are 2’ wide by 7’ tall and are on sale now through the NASCAR Foundation. Visit WWW.NASCAR.COM/foundation for more information.

Proceeds from the auction will go to Motor Racing Outreach, whose vision seeks to unify and mobilize people worldwide to support the development of young people, who have a reason to face the future, singles, with a sense of fulfillment, husbands and wives, who honor one another, and peaceful resolutions to disputes rather than bitterness and regret.
