“AAA Insurance 200″ NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Dover International Speedway postponed until Saturday, May 30 at 6 p.m.
Press ReleaseDOVER, Del. – Due to inclement weather, the “AAA Insurance 200” NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race has been postponed until Saturday, May 30 at 6 p.m., following the “Heluva Good! 200″ NASCAR Nationwide Series race. Speedway officials will clear the grandstands at the conclusion of the NASCAR Nationwide Series race. Because reserved seating is sold for each event, it is necessary to clear fans from the grandstands at the conclusion of the NASCAR Nationwide Series event.
Tickets purchased for the Friday, May 29 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event will then be honored at the grandstand gates.
The NASCAR Foundation Track Walk is scheduled to begin immediately following the rescheduled “AAA Insurance 200″ on Saturday, tentatively scheduled for approximately 8 p.m. The walk will kick off near the SPEED Stage in the FanZone.
Saturday’s on-track activities will include:
10:05 a.m. NASCAR Nationwide Series qualifying
11:30 a.m. NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice
12:50 p.m. NASCAR Sprint Cup Series final practice
2:30 p.m. Heluva Good! 200 NASCAR Nationwide Series race
6:00 p.m. AAA Insurance 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race
8:00 p.m. The NASCAR Foundation Track Walk at Dover International Speedway
Great seats still remain for all three events at Dover — the “AAA Insurance 200″ NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race, the “Heluva Good! 200″ NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Saturday, May 30, and the “Autism Speaks 400, presented by Heluva Good!
