Watkins Glen, NY (August 5, 2009) – For the first time ever, the Budweiser Tiki Hut will offer fans great deals as a part of their “Happy Hour” specials for the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen event weekend, August 6-9. For at least one hour each day, the Budweiser Tiki Hut will change their prices to feature Happy Hour Specials on food and beverages. Anyone purchasing food at the Budweiser Tiki Hut during Happy Hour will enjoy $1-off all food selections. Drink specials will feature $3 Beers, including Bud products, $6 Red cat on the Beach drinks, and $15 Buckets of Budweiser. Bar snacks will also be available throughout Happy Hour.

Fans will have five chances to enjoy Happy Hour at the Budweiser Tiki Hut throughout the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen weekend. On Thursday, fans can stop by the Tiki Hut for the Pre-Event Happy Hour, which will take place from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM. On Friday, the Crown Royal Pre-Race Happy Hour will be from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM leading right up to the start of the Crown Royal 200. On Saturday, fans have two chances for great deals at the Budweiser Tiki Hut. The afternoon begins with the Pre-Happy Hour, Happy Hour at 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM. Later, the Zippo Pre-Race Happy Hour will take fans right up to the green flag of the Zippo 200 with specials from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. The last chance for special deals at the Budweiser Tiki Hut will be on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM when the Heluva Good! Pre-Race Happy Hour leads into an afternoon of racing on the twisted turns of Watkins Glen International.

The Budweiser Tiki Hut offers fans a great variety of food and beverage products at a reasonable price to enjoy throughout their weekend at Watkins Glen International. The food selection includes everything from WGI Steak Spiedies to Sahlen’s Super Hot Dogs. For the health-conscious, there is a Chilled Tropical Fruit Salad with Toasted Coconut and Oven-Roasted Turkey Wraps. The wide beverage selection at the Budweiser Tiki Hut offers everything from Pepsi Products and Bottled Water to various beer products including featured Budweiser items, Hazlitt Wines, and Red Cat specialty drinks. The Budweiser Tiki Hut will be open for regular hours from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Sunday.

Don’t miss the stars of the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series as they take on the twisted turns of Watkins Glen International in their final road-course race of the season, August 6 – 9. The DP and GT classes of the Rolex Sports Car Series return to The Glen to compete in the Crown Royal 200 on Friday night, followed by the Zippo 200 with the NASCAR Nationwide Series on Saturday afternoon. The weekend will culminate with the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series racing in the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen on Sunday afternoon.
