Brian Ickler to Replace Kyle Busch at Kansas
Caught in the Catchfence™Kyle Busch has tapped his protege Brian Ickler, to replace in the No. 51 Billy Ballew Motorsports Toyota at Kansas for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 250.
Ickler is a native of San Diego, spent some time off-roading, ran in modifieds, before moving onto run in both the Camping World East and West Series.
He spent two season, driving the No. 15 Napa car for McAnally Racing in the camping World West Series.
Then prior to the start of the 2008 season. He moved to North Carolina to further his career in NASCAR.
He raced in 2008, in the Camping World East Series, in his family owned No. 15 car and ran most of the season unsponsored with about five employees.
Ickler’s schedule for the 2009 season, includes 10 races driving the No. 51 Miccosukee Resorts Toyota in the Camping World Truck Series.
