NASCAR truck owner seeks sponsor for second entry at Kansas Speedway
Caught in the Catchfence™Billy Ballew Motorsports is making a one-time offer, good only for Kansas Speedway.
Ballew, whose No. 51 truck is the current points leader in the NASCAR Camping World series, is looking for full sponsorship for his second truck, the No. 15, which also will be competing Saturday in the O’Reilly 250 at Kansas Speedway.
The full sponsorship for the No. 15 truck, which normally would cost $150,000, is available for just $25,000. That would also include an associate sponsorship on the No. 51, in which Kyle Busch has won two of the last races. This weekend, Brian Ickler will drive the No. 51 because Busch will be in Talladega in the Sprint Cup Series.
“A lot of the businesses probably don’t understand for a smaller amount of money they can get a ton of exposure, especially being in a town the size of Kansas City and with the kind of crowds the NASCAR trucks and IRL series draws in your area,” Ballew said of the rare business proposition.
