· Ron Hornaday Jr. led once for 12 laps to earn WIX Filters Lap Leader of the Race honors in the AAA Insurance 200 this evening at Dover. Hornaday claimed the honor for the fifth time this season and has led at least one lap in six of the seven races this season for a total of 136 laps.

· Hornaday Jr. has now led 72 times in 128 superspeedway races for 3,276 total laps.

· Hornaday Jr. scored a 26th-place finish in today’s race at Dover. This is his first finish outside the top-10 all season.

· UNOFFICIALLY Hornaday Jr. leads second-place Mike Skinner by 27 points in the series championship standings and is 29 ahead of third-place Matt Crafton.

· HORNADAY JR. QUOTES: “That’s pretty exciting. Is that because my team worked so hard to get my back out there or what [smiles].”

YOU WERE GOOD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE RACE. “I seen Kyle [Busch] coming. He was on a mission because of what happened to him in the Nationwide race. We were just riding along there and we blew a right front. My hat’s off to the team to get it out there and what WIX does for us not getting any oil up inside that motor but really destroyed a good truck. It’s such a shame. I appreciate what WIX does for us. Heck, I’ll take it any way we can get it.”

HOW HARD DID YOU HIT? “It’s bent the dashboard, bent the seat out, it’s bent the shifter. It’s one of the hardest hits that I’ve had.”
