Robb Brent and the Orchard Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram No. 36 are happy to announce a partnership with local two local charities, in an effort to make a difference in his home town. Partnering with Paws for Life and the Macomb Charitable Foundation, the Shelby Township, Michigan native driver will have his No. 36 Allgaier Motorsports Dodge Charger racecar and team hauler on display June 7-8, 2010 at the Orchard Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Washington Township. This is a great opportunity to come check out a new Dodge car or Truck, meet Robb Brent & come give back to the community.

The event will be held from 11:00am-6:30pm on June 7 and 11:00am-5:00pm on June 8 and will be open for everyone off all ages to enjoy. Brent will be available for autographs from 3:00-5:00pm on June 8. As an extra bonus there will be a Raffle for 2 pit passes to the upcoming ARCA race at Michigan International Speedway June 10-11, 2010.

Paws for Life and the Macomb Charitable Foundation charities will both be present at the dealership and excepting donations during this event, please stop by and help the community and the cause.

Paws for Life is a non-profit organization that helps rescue homeless, neglected cats and dogs throughout Michigan. The rescue believes in spaying/neutering, education and legislative initiatives to end the suffering and overpopulation of our companion animals. Their mission is to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. They promise to exhaust all efforts to place adoptable pets in lifelong, loving homes. They are in need of cash donations to cover veterinary expenses.

The Macomb Charitable Foundation helps homeless children at or below poverty level in Macomb County. Their goal is to alleviate the suffering of children and their families by providing financial assistance for items such as but not limited to: food, clothing, personal care items, rent, utilities assistance, vehicle repair, educational assistance and when available personal and spiritual mentoring. We are asking all to bring in personal hygiene product donations such as toilet paper, deodorant, and shampoo. Gift cards for gas and food are also appreciated.

“It will be fun to share the car and hauler with people from my hometown area,” Brent said. “Hopefully we can help out some local charities and give some race fans a great experience.”

The ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards heads to Pocono Raceway for the Messina Wildlife Animal Stopper 200 this Saturday, June 5, 2010. The green flag will wave at 1:00pm (Eastern Time). SPEED will air the Messina Wildlife Animal Stopper 200 at 4:00pm on Saturday June 5th, 2010.
