(7/27/10 – Mooresville, NC) - Bob Schacht Motorsports has added a new sponsor beginning with the Weis Markets 125 ARCA Series event at Pocono Raceway on July 31. AARP will team up with BSM and driver (and AARP member) Benny Chastain.

“We’ve been working hard putting this all together,” said Bob Schacht, Owner of BSM, “Benny (Chastain) had a dream and with the help of AARP we’re going to make it a reality starting at Pocono. AARP believes you’re never too old pursue your dreams and Benny epitomizes that.”

Neither Chastain nor Schacht are strangers to the ARCA Series, Benny made his first ARCA start in 2004. While Schacht has been a force to be reckoned with for many years not only as an owner and crew chief but also as a driver respectively. Schacht has multiple victories to his credit with six of those coming at the “Tricky Triangle” that is Pocono.

AARP and Bob Schacht Motorsports has also added to their 2010 schedule the ARCA Series events at Chicagoland Speedway on August 27, Kansas Speedway on September 30 and Rockingham Speedway on October 9. AARP will also be onboard for the Daytona International Speedway event in Feburuary of 2011.

Bob Schacht Motorsports has opportunities open for the remaining events in 2010 and beyond for funded drivers wishing to compete.
