“John Wes Townley to Drive No. 09 Zaxby’s Ford With RAB Racing”

ATHENS, Ga. (Aug. 18, 2010) — Zaxby’s will debut its milkshake-themed No.09 Ford this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway with John Wes Townley at the wheel. The car will also carry an in-car camera for ESPN during Friday night’s NASCAR Nationwide Series Food City 250.

Earlier this year, the fast-casual chain introduced a new line of popular milkshakes that come in vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavors. They are rich and creamy, hand-blended, and are topped with whipped cream. Also, for a limited time, Zaxby’s offers a Birthday Cake Milkshake in celebration of its 20th year.

“Bristol is one of my favorite tracks we race at, so I look forward to debuting the milkshake paint scheme under the lights Friday,” John Wes Townley said. “I have tried all of the milkshake flavors Zaxby’s has to offer and I would say the Birthday Cake Milkshake is my favorite. It’s got everything from sprinkles to a chocolate whipped topping, so you just can’t go wrong.”
