ANDREW RANGER ON CIRCUIT GILLES VILLENEUVE

“I am happy with the faith entrusted in me by the Québec Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram Dealers Coop. I know the track well, and I am at ease competing in front of the home crowd. It is always a great source of motivation to run at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. Last year, I experienced some extraordinary moments battling with the likes of Carl, Marcos, and Jacques. They will be back this year and I know they all want to win, but with a great Dodge car that is being prepared for me by Baker Curb Racing, and the extra year of experience, I think that I have a legitimate chance to win ahead of them. This will be my state of mind when I will arrive at the track.”

CREW CHIEF JEFF WHITE ON CIRCUIT GILLES VILLENEUVE

“This will be our third trip to Montreal and I’m really looking forward to it. It’s a very nice city and the track is unique. It has a lot of tight corners and the racing is always exciting. Andrew had a great run there last year and knows the track very well. He’ll also be running the Canadian Tire Series race so that will provide him with some extra laps around the track this weekend. I expect that he’ll know exactly what he wants and will be able to provide good feedback. The fans in Montreal really support Andrew and I expect that we’ll give them a lot to cheer about on Sunday!
