WIX FILTERS LAP LEADER NOTES FOR THE

DOLLAR GENERAL 300 NASCAR NATIONWIDE SERIES RACE

AT CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY, OCTOBER 15, 2010, PAGE 1.

· Kyle Busch led five times for 84 laps to earn WIX Filters Lap Leader of the Race honors in tonight’s Dollar General 300. Busch has now led 29 times in 24 races for a total of 1,959 laps. In 141 superspeedway races he has led 6,857 laps and a grand total of 9,196 laps in 199 career starts.

· Busch posted a sixth-place finish, his 23rd top-10 finish in 26 starts this season.

· Busch captured WIX Filters Lap Leader of the Race honors for the 16th time this season. UNOFFICIALLY he leads Joey Logano and Kevin Harvick by 13 races (16-3) in the overall WIX Filters Lap Leader standings.

· JASON RATCLIFF, CREW CHIEF, No. 18 Z-LINE DESIGNS TOYOTA: “We started good, obviously, led a lot of laps, but as the track changed and as it started cooling off we were keeping up with it decent and it just really got away from us in a hurry. We tried to make some adjustments and the adjustments didn’t react like we hoped they would. That’s part of learning this car. We made adjustments that we would have made with the other car that I think would have been the direction to go but with this car it wasn’t right. Either it wasn’t enough or it was the wrong adjustment, one or the other. We’re learning and I thought the start of the race it’s the best that we had been with the new car. The end of the race we were back to where we were. But it’s a building process and we’ll be better next time.”
