Monroe, NC (November 13, 2010) – Jay Robinson Racing and Iron Horse Jeans jointly announced today that Iron Horse Jeans will serve as the primary sponsor on JRR’s No. 28 Chevy driven by Kenny Wallace and the No. 70 Chevy driven by Mark Green for the NASCAR Nationwide Series The WYPALL 200 powered by Kimberly-Clark Professional on November 13th in Phoenix. Associate partners joining Iron Horse Jeans on both JRR cars include Vintage Denim Depot, Western Shooting Horse, Nobizplan and Arabian Horse Association.

Iron Horse Jeans will be concluding its 2010 Nationwide season with Jay Robinson Racing. Iron Horse Jeans has been an active sponsor of Nationwide this season and made its first debut with driver Tayler Malsam. This is the first time they have sponsored JRR though, and team owner Jay Robinson is happy about it, “We are excited to be a part of this big weekend for Iron Horse Jeans and are very appreciative for their support of our Team,” said owner Jay Robinson. Mark Wentura, President and co-founder of Iron Horse Jeans is also happy, commenting, “We are looking forward to a great race in Phoenix this weekend with not just one car but two with all the trimmings including two of the biggest names in racing.”

Over the years, Kenny Wallace has built a reputation as one of NASCAR’s most colorful and well known personalities as well as having some successful career highlights. This 9-time NASCAR Busch Series Winner has come straight from racing bloodlines as he will be racing against his brother Mike and nephew Steve Wallace this weekend in one of the highest levels of NASCAR racing. Kenny is happy to have Iron Horse Jeans as a sponsor and expressed so in typical Kenny fashion, “these jeans make me look good, and that’s hard to do, oh but with them on, I’m so, so, pretty.”

Mark Green also comes from a very respected racing family, with his two, brother’s Jeff and David, both having been past Busch Series, now the Nationwide series, Champions. Mark is equally happy about the sponsorship and running alongside his brother’s in Phoenix, “This is a perfect sponsor for us, we are jeans and t-shirt racers, and I don’t mind looking good while we’re turning laps.”
