USAR Pro Cup Event Provides Incredible Evening Of Racing Action At Hickory Motor Speedway

On Saturday, May 1, five different series will tackle the 0.363-mile track with the WIX Filters 250 USARacing Pro Cup event the highlight of the evening. In addition to the USAR Pro Cup race, there is a 30-lap Ford Focus Midget event, a 50-lap Allison Legacy Series race, and a 75-lap Rolling Thunder Modified event. Those three races precede the WIX Filters 250. Following the USAR Pro Cup event is a 125-lap ISCARS Dash race.
Adult tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the Gate. Children under age 10 will be admitted free with a paying adult. Tickets are $10 for students ages 11-15. Advance tickets can be purchased at Hickory Motor Speedway until 7 p.m. on Friday, April 30.
Gates open Saturday at 4 p.m. with USAC qualifying kicking off the evening at 4:15 p.m. Time trials for the Allison Legacy Series and Rolling Thunder Modifieds follow, respectively, with the USAR Pro Cup Series qualifying at 5:15 p.m. There will be an autograph session with the USAR Pro Cup drivers at 6:45 p.m. The green flag waves on the WIX Filters 250 USAR Pro Cup event at 8 p.m. with the ISCAR Dash Series wrapping up the evening.
