DJ Shaw – #60 Precision JLM Chevrolet

- DJ Shaw is currently ninth in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East championship standings with seven of ten races complete. His best finish this season has been fifth at the Greenville-Pickens Speedway season opener. He’s posted a total of one top-five and three-top-10 finishes. His average start is 13th and average finish is 11th.

- Shaw has led a total of 19 laps this season. All those were led at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in June.

- Shaw has a lap completion rate of 99.8%. He finished one lap down at Martinsville and one lap down at Lime Rock Park, but has completed 996 of the 998 possible laps.

- Shaw is bringing the same short track car he’s run at every short track race this season. The team calls the car “the 55″ because they purchased it from 1999 and 2000 series champion Brad Leighton, who ran that number during his title-winning seasons.

- Shaw has spent his off weekends over the last month competing in a go-kart at Oxford Plains Speedway, where he accumulated several podium finishes.

On Gresham Motorsports Park:

“We’ve been pretty fast lately although our finishes haven’t been a reflecting of where we’ve run in the race. I’ve never been to Gresham Motorsports Park so I’ve never even seen the place. We’re just approaching this race the way we have any other. We’re sticking with the same routine and hoping for some luck.”
