LOS ANGELES, CA (April 29, 2010) – IZOD IndyCar Driver Milka Duno will compete in the Road Runner Turbo Indy 300 this Saturday, May 1 at Kansas Speedway in her first oval race of the 2010 IndyCar Series Championship season. The 200-lap race will air live on ABC starting at 1:30pm EST.

Kansas Speedway holds special memories for Duno as it was here she completed her IndyCar rookie test in 2007 and it is where she competed in her very first IndyCar race.

“I’m very fond of not only Kansas Speedway – but also the Kansas fans,” Duno commented. “I remember my first race here and it was a very exciting time and what made it even more special was the welcome I received by the Kansas fans, media and staff at the speedway. It’s a great track and a great lead-in to the Indy 500 and we’ll be working very hard to do well here.”

Both practice sessions and the qualifying session will occur on Friday, April 30.
