Keyed-Up Motorsports In Nascar Sprint Cup Series Narrows Driver Choices

Driver Announcement For The No. 90 Chevy Impala

Sprint Cup Series team making its debut in the 2010 Daytona 500, announced today it has narrowed its driver choices to a short list of strong candidates and will make its selection shortly.
Team owner Raymond Key, a prominent Virginia businessman, will make the final decision on the driver choice with input from NASCAR veteran Doug Richert, the No. 90 team’s newly-named crew chief. Richert’s vast experience as a top-level crew chief has made an immediate impact at the Keyed-Up race shop and he is heavily involved in the driver selection process.
Key has put together a Sprint Cup program with the goal of being competitive on the track and believes the pieces are falling right into place.
“I started Keyed-Up Motorsports with the intention to race competitively and I believe we have assembled a great group of professionals, from our guys at the shop to our management team.” said Key. “Keyed-Up’s No. 90 Chevy Impala will have a capable driver very soon and then we can focus our efforts on securing full season sponsorship.”
