Calling All Race Fans: Daytona 500 Viewing Party to be Held at ESPN Zone, Downtown Disney District in Anahiem, Calif.

The Daytona 500 Viewing Party is free and open to fans of all ages, but space is limited. Race fans far and wide are expected to watch the Daytona 500 on ESPN Zone’s 16-foot big screens and over 120 brand new HD TV’s.
Race car enthusiasts get ready for an incredible photo opportunity. The Auto Club Speedway and NASCAR show cars will be at the ESPN Zone, as will the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship replica trophy.
For fans attending the Daytona 500 Viewing Party wanting to get behind the wheel, competition for the Racing Challenge on SEGA’s Daytona USA 2 stock car racing simulator will fill that need for speed. ESPN Zone will be giving away prizes to the top finishers of the Daytona USA 2 Racing Challenge.

Auto Club Speedway will again charge anyone dining in the Media Lounge (media, team PR reps, photographers, etc.) $25 for meals during the Auto Club 500 Weekend in February (NMPA and AARWBA members $20). The cost includes all meals and beverages for the weekend – Breakfast: Pancake bar; Lunch: Ham or turkey carving station; Dinner: Salad or potato bar.
