Ragan on racing at Daytona International Speedway:
“I’m looking forward to heading down to Daytona over this holiday weekend. Saturday night racing is always exciting for the fans and the drivers and we’re looking to improve on our 500 run. We had a good car, but were in the wrong line at the end. This weekend we’ll try to get a good starting position to start up front and hopefully stay up front. You’ve got to take care of your car to be there at the end. Hopefully we are in the right place at the right time at the end and can get a good finish in our UPS Ford.
Crew chief Donnie Wingo on racing at Daytona International Speedway:
“David has been really strong at restrictor-plate racing; he just knows what to do and does a great job taking care of his car. You always want a car that handles well at Daytona since they are running wide open in a pack, and a good qualifying position to hopefully put yourself ahead of any accidents on the track. We’re taking a new chassis this weekend, so we should have a pretty fast UPS Ford for Saturday night.”
