ServiceMaster Clean Award to Bristol Motor Speedway’s ‘Window Girl’
Press ReleaseBrooke Hinchey Named Winner of ‘Extra Mile Award’

Hinchey is responsible for the cleaning of all the windows on Bristol Motor Speedway property except for those outside the suites. She lives in Bristol, Tenn., with her husband and four children and has been employed by BMS for 16 years. The Kentucky native’s duties at the popular facility have earned her the nickname the “window girl.”
“Brooke is an invaluable member of the Bristol Motor Speedway family,” said BMS president and general manager Jeff Byrd. “She does an outstanding job and takes a great deal of pride in making sure everything looks perfect during race week. And, it always does. I never have to even think about whether something will be done because I just know we can always count on Brooke. She’s a real jewel and we’re proud to have her on our team.”
Hinchey describes the people at Bristol Motor Speedway as being like her family. She says she is “very blessed” to be associated with everyone and she is proud to be a part of the team.
“Brooke’s hard work is very important to a spectator sport like racing,” said Jim Wassell, chief marketing officer for ServiceMaster Clean. “She takes pride in what she does and Bristol Motor Speedway is very fortunate to have her on its team. Brooke Hinchey truly embodies the spirit of the Extra Mile Award and we are honored to recognize her efforts.”
The award recipient can be any member of the track staff that works in a service-oriented position. Track management personnel select the winner. Ament will receive special awards and recognition this weekend during Saturday’s pre-race ceremonies at Bristol Motor Speedway.
ServiceMaster Clean is in its second season as the official sponsor of caution periods at the 19 International Speedway Corp. (ISC) and Speedway Motorsports Inc. (SMI) tracks and Dover International Speedway.
