STATESVILLE, N.C. (July 14, 2010) – Officials from Randy Moss Motorsports made the following statement regarding the penalty handed out by NASCAR earlier today: “Randy Moss Motorsports is a firm supporter of NASCAR’s substance abuse policy and we recognize and support their effort,” said Chip Wile, Vice President of Randy Moss Motorsports. “Our team has a zero-tolerance policy for substance abuse. As an organization we support and agree with NASCAR’s decision. We appreciate NASCAR’s diligence in keeping the garage area a safe environment where we can compete at the highest level week in and week out.”

Veteran-owner David Dollar joined forces with NFL-standout Randy Moss on July 3, 2008 to form the organization.
