LEBANON, Tenn. – Nashville Superspeedway will host two NASCAR Camping World Truck Series-NASCAR Nationwide Series tandem weekends on April 22-23 and July 22-23, 2011. The 2011 season will mark the first time that the 1.33-mile concrete track will host two NASCAR doubleheaders in the track’s 11-year history.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will stage a 200-mile race on Friday night, April 22, 2011 together with a 300-mile NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Saturday afternoon, April 23, 2011. The two series will return on July 22-23, 2011, with a 200-mile NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on Friday evening and the “Federated Auto Parts 300” NASCAR Nationwide Series race also under the lights on Saturday.

“We’re excited to be able to team up the summer NASCAR Nationwide Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races that we’ve hosted and give fans a two-day race weekend next July,” said Cliff Hawks, vice president and general manager of Nashville Superspeedway. “Combined events add to the overall fan experience. We also hope that this new schedule entices some of the big names in the sport to continue to come to Nashville much like we saw with our April race weekend in years past.”

Nashville Superspeedway is currently accepting deposits for 2011 season tickets and account renewals. Individual event ticket prices and on sale dates will be announced soon. For more information, call 1-866-RACE-TIX or visit NashvilleSuperspeedway.com.
