Missouri native Tony Jackson Jr. returns to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series this weekend at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the SS Green Light Racing No. 07. For the first time in six NCWTS starts, Jackson will work with a new crew chief as veteran Butch Miller will be atop the pit box for Jackson Saturday night for the Smiths 350.

Building enclosure specialist ASI Limited will be on the quarter panels of Jackson’s No. 07 Chevy for the Smiths 350 along with Las Vegas landmark Stratosphere Las Vegas Casino, Hotel & Tower.

Jackson has four top-twenty finishes in five starts in the SS Green Light No. 07 so far in 2010 including a top-fifteen at Kansas, a track very similar to Las Vegas.

“I’m anxious to get to Las Vegas, the team is bringing the same truck we ran at Chicago. I know Butch likes the truck a lot,” he added. “We got past the new truck blues during practice at Chicago and we got it pretty decent as the race went on. I think we should be better this weekend.”

“I’m excited to work with Butch this weekend, and I think he’s excited to work with me,” said Jackson. “He has a lot of experience working with young drivers and I think we’ll get a long real good.”

“I enjoyed working with Jason Miller the first five races but I understand it’s best for the team to keep Jason and David together so I’m looking forward to seeing how well Butch and I can communicate and find some speed. I think we’ll be decent.”

Las Vegas is the sixth of seven scheduled races for Jackson with the SS Green Light No. 07 team this season. Jackson and the SS Green Light team are actively pursuing marketing partners for 2011, hoping to make a run at Rookie of the Year next season.

The Smiths 350 is the 240th consecutive NCWTS start for the SS Green Light Racing team.

42 trucks are on the preliminary entry list for the Smiths 350.

Practice for the NCWTS Smiths 350 will be Saturday, September 25th at 9:00 a.m. (12:00 Eastern) with final practice 10:45 a.m. (1:45 p.m. Eastern) and qualifying at 3:15 p.m. (6:15 Eastern.) The race will be shown live on SPEED TV at 6:30 p.m. (9:30 p.m. Eastern.) It will also be broadcast live via radio worldwide on the Motor Racing Network (MRN) and on SIRIUS Satellite Radio NASCAR Channel 128-XM104.

Tony along with teammates Jason White and David Starr will participate in a free autograph session at the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino on Friday, September 24th from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

ASI Limited is a leader in the Building Enclosure and Ornamental Metals industry. Indianapolis based ASI Limited’s ability to take a project from it’s inception to its completion separates them from their competition. In 2003, the Ornamental Division was established as a national supplier of ornate products. Currently the Ornamental Division is supplying materials for many United States Embassies overseas and projects throughout the country. ASI will be partnering with their customers in the NCWTS to continue to build relationship and teamwork. For more information visit www.asilimted.com.
