CARMICHAEL ON COMPETING AT HOMESTEAD: “I’m excited about going to Homestead this weekend. I’ve only made one start there and I think that, like most of the tracks that I’ve been back to this year, I’ll be able to go back there and have a stronger finish than I did last year. I really want to continue the run that we’ve had the last few weeks and finish the season off on a positive note and give the guys on this Monster Energy team a reason to be excited as we go into the off-season.”

BEHIND THE WHEEL: Crew chief Doug Randolph has chosen chassis No.13 for Carmichael to pilot at Homestead. This truck was previously on-track at Chicago, Kentucky, Las Vegas and Texas, where he finished 28th, fifth, ninth and 10th, respectively.
