2011 NNS Bashas’ Supermarkets 200 First Practice Session Speeds

Kyle Busch, with a lap speed of 132.275 mph, was the quickest during the first NNS Bashas’ Supermarkets 200 at Phoenix International Raceway.

Second quickest with a lap speed of 132.246 mph, was Trevor Bayne, followed by Ryan Truex (131.315) who was third quickest, Carl Edwards (131.081) fourth quickest and Brad Keselowski (130.762) was fifth quickest.

Rounding out the top-ten quickest were Joey Logano (129.744) who was sixth quickest, Ryan Newman (129.683) seventh, Aric Almirola (129.655) eighth, Elliott Sadler (129.482) ninth, and Kevin Harvick (129.389) was tenth quickest.

The teams will return for “Happy Hour” later this evening, which is scheduled to run from 4:00 PM – 4:55 PM (EST) and then won’t return to the track until 2:05 PM (EST)  On Saturday for their scheduled qualifying session. FULL STORY »
