“Just a tough break for this Discount Tire Dodge. I’m not sure exactly what happened, all that I know is that we blew up a right-front tire and I ended up throwing the car into the Turn 4 wall. We had a decent race car, but not exactly what we needed here today to win a race. We showed some tire wear in our first pit stop and I started to get concerned. We were late in the run and I started to feel a vibration. I had a feeling that I may be in trouble. That’s racing. We’ve been lucky to miss incidents all last year that helped us win the championship and now, this year, we’re two-for-two in DNF’s.
