Texas Motor Speedway Notes of Interest:
- Mike Bliss will be competing in his 218th career Nationwide Series event this weekend and his 12th at TMS.š In 11 races he has completed 90.3% of the total laps and has scored two top-10 finishes.
- Jeff Green will continue to pilot the No. 44 Impala this weekend and will be competing in his 284th Nationwide Series event and his seventh at TMS. Although he has two poles at the speedway in six starts, the Owensboro, KY native hasn’t competed at TMS since 2002.
This Week’s Impalas for Bliss and Green:
- Bliss will again utilize chassis No. 6 this weekend. It was used during the last event at Auto Club Speedway where he recorded a 19th-place finish.
- Jeff Green will pilot chassis No. 105 this weekend.š It was previously driven by Bliss at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Cattlemen’s Steakhouse Partners with TriStar Motorsports:
The famed Cattlemen’s Steakhouse of Fort Worth, Texas will serve as an associate sponsor on the No. 19 Impala driven by Bliss at TMS. The restaurant’s decal will be placed on the deck lid for all track activities beginning on Thursday, April 7.
