Chad Finley to make his NASCAR Nationwide Series debut at Michigan
Press Release
“My dad drove for Ed Rensi and we’ve known Ed and Ronnie Russell (Team Rensi Motorsports President) since dad drove in Daytona.” said the 19-year-old racer. “We were able to put together and exciting sponsorship program together for Michigan and are working on plans for additional races this year and a full NASCAR Nationwide Series program next year.”
While it will be his first-ever NASCAR race, Finley has raced at MIS before, earning a seventh-place ARCA finish there last year. “It’s home and we felt like it would be a really good place to start,” stated Chad.
Sponsoring the Team Rensi Ford Mustang will be longtime Chad Finley Racing partner, Auto Value. Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper has over 5000 auto parts stores and certified service centers throughout North America that offer quality auto parts and first class dependable service. Also supporting Chad Finley and Team Rensi Motorsports NASCAR Nationwide Series effort at MIS are Airlift Company, Rain Eater Wiper Blades, and AutoParts2020.com.
“We are really excited about having Chad behind the wheel of the #25 Team Rensi Motorsports Ford Mustang at Michigan” stated Ed Rensi, CEO of Team Rensi Motorsports. “Ronnie and I have a long standing relationship with Chad and his father Jeff and it’s a thrill for us to be working together with such a quality young man from a great family.
