David Stremme Returns To ML Motorsports For Nashville Superspeedway

Warsaw, Ind. – David Stremme will once again be piloting the No.70 Foretravel Chevrolet during the July 23rd event at Nashville Superspeedway.

Stremme, the 2003 NASCAR Nationwide Series Sunoco Rookie of the Year, has 137 starts in the NASCAR Nationwide Series as well as 126 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts to his credit. In the NASCAR Nationwide Series, Stremme has earned 20 top-five and 49 top-10 finishes.

Stremme made his first NASCAR Nationwide Series start at Nashville Superspeedway – the very track at which he made his ML Motorsports debut – in 2003. He has two top five finishes and five top ten finishes at Nashville Superspeedway with an average finish of 14.8. In his last outing at Nashville Superspeedway in the No. 70 Chevrolet, Stremme started 25th and finished 20th.

“Stremme has a history of good finishes at Nashville which we hope will translate into a good finish for the No. 70 car this weekend.” Team Manager, Tony Barnes states. “He’s been in the car a few times and we’re learning what he wants in the car and are working together towards better finishes”.

The Federated Auto Parts 300 at Nashville Superspeedway is scheduled for Saturday, July 23rd at 7:30 pm and will be broadcast on ESPN.
