CONCORD, N.C. (November 7, 2011) – This Saturday, Kenny Wallace stared his 520th NASCAR Nationwide Series race, the most of any driver in the history of the series. In an exciting day for RAB Racing, Wallace ran competitively all race long remaining in the Top-15 for the majority of the 200 lap event.

After the green flag flew in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway, Wallace secured a lasting spot in history and surpassed his friend Jason Keller to set the record. The two drivers have surprisingly similar NNS records, both with an average finishing position of 16.7. The start was even more personal to Wallace as he dedicated it to his father, Russ Wallace, and had Russ’ name in place of his own over the window.

Making the second of two trips to the “Lone Star State” during the 2011 season, Wallace piloted the No. 09 G-Oil Toyota Camry to an 18th place starting position. He climbed through the field throughout the day and even passed Justin Allgaier in the last corner of the last lap to secure a 13th place finishing position. Wallace continues to occupy the seventh position in the NASCAR Nationwide Series driver points standings.

Wallace and RAB Racing will remain out west, as they travel to Phoenix International Raceway for the Wypall 200. Live coverage begins Saturday, November 12th, at 3:30PM EST on ESPN2 and on PRN at 3:00PM EST.
